TOTEME choker necklace artfully constructed as a modern interpretation of a classical Byzantine chain. Meticulously handcrafted in Italy from 24kt gold-plated brass treated with our signature polish to catch the light, it sits just above the collarbone and fastens with a lobster clasp merged with the rope-like chain links. Emulate the runway styling by using it to frame a collarless coat.
