We are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders than usual which has caused slight delays in shipping.

Due to a significant increase in orders, shipping may take longer than usual during busy periods.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

When the shipment has left the warehouse you will be able to track your order by logging in with your order number and email address here.

Please note:

  • We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
  • Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
  • Next day delivery is not possible to rural addresses
  • Fine jewelry is shipped with DHL (except in the United States, where fine jewelry is shipped with FedEx) and a signature is required upon delivery
