Returns policy
- Every piece that you wish to return must be registered via the link above.
- If you are located in the Netherlands, Germany, UK or Denmark, a return fee of €10 / £10 / 100 DKK will be deducted from your refund.
- All returns must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.
- Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.
- Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.
- When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.
- We don’t accept returns or claims of TOTEME pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
- Returns processing may take longer during busy periods.
In-store returns
Full price orders placed on toteme.com can also be returned in a TOTEME store within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all packaging and tags attached. Returns are not accepted at department stores or third-party retailers.
Please note that sale items purchased online can not be returned in store.

Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.
