Payroll Specialist – Part-time
TOTEME is a fashion house rooted in Swedish sensibilities, modern aspirations and the notion of style. With an appreciation for women’s many roles and how pieces are worn in practice, we create emblematic designs with an emphasis on materiality and shape. Representing a direct and decisive way of dressing, the collections are contextualized in curated edits, visuals and spaces.
TOTEME was founded in 2014 by Elin Kling and Karl Lindman. From the atelier in Stockholm, we create collections spanning ready-to-wear, shoes, bags, accessories and jewelry.
TOTEME is looking for a Payroll Specialist to join our team in Stockholm part-time (65-75% of a full-time). In this role you will be responsible for Payroll in Sweden and Denmark. You will report to the People Director and will work directly with the People & Culture Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Payroll for office and retail staff in Sweden
- Payroll for retail staff in Denmark
- System ownership for payroll system(s)
- Benefits administration (e.g. pensions, wellness allowance etc)
- Employee changes reporting to external payroll partners in markets outside of Scandinavia
- Reporting to authorities
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- Relevant Payroll certification/education
- A couple of years of hands-on payroll experience in an in-house payroll team and/or external payroll provider environment
- Experience supporting monthly payroll cycles end-to-end
- Experience from an international company / multi-site organization is a plus
- Fluent English and Swedish

This is a part-time position (65-75%) based at TOTEME's Head Office in Stockholm.
TOTEME has teams in Stockholm, London, New York, and Shanghai, as well as retail spaces across Europe, North America, and Asia.
