• Do you ship to Ukraine?

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to Ukraine at the moment. This is because our shipping partner, UPS, has suspended all shipments there.

• Do you ship to Russia or Belarus?

As a direct response to this crisis, TOTEME has decided to join our industry’s sanction in pausing all shipments to Russia and Belarus for the time being. As much as we want to serve our communities there as usual, we feel the need to take this direct action to express our disapproval of the war.

• What is TOTEME’s stance on the current situation?

TOTEME stands against war in any form and condemns the decision to invade Ukraine. Our thoughts and actions taken are in favor of those affected.

• What actions have you taken?

TOTEME believes that in times of war, we all have to play our part in helping those who are suffering. We have chosen to join our industry’s sanction and paused all business with Russia and Belarus for the time being. As much as we want to serve our communities there as usual, we feel the need to take this direct action to express our disapproval of the war. To help those worst affected in the fastest possible way, TOTEME has to date made a donation of 300,000 SEK to UNICEF and Rädda Barnen, Save the Children Sweden.
