Wholesale Operations Analyst Content
TOTEME is looking for a Wholesale Operations Analyst to join the Stockholm office as part of a fixed-term maternity cover. In this role, your primary responsibilities will be sales forecasting, analysis, and reporting, as well as overseeing wholesale operations and processes. You will facilitate seamless processes with wholesale clients to secure strong client satisfaction. You will report to the Sales Director in the Wholesale department.
The role
- Support the Wholesale team and key wholesale clients worldwide
- Forecast production volumes, stock levels, and reorders
- Analyze stock levels and suggest actions forward
- Perform all administrative tasks related to key clients
- Support and prepare sales materials, including budget proposals for each sales campaign
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance
- Assist during sales campaigns – travel may be required
- Daily ad hoc tasks
Your profile
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment within the fashion industry
- Experience working with department stores and global e-commerce partners (preferred)
- Experience with sales programs such as Zedonk and NuOrder
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong administrative skills

This is a one-year, full-time position based at TOTEME's Stockholm office. It starts in February 2023 with the possibility of extending the contract.
