TOTEME is looking for an Inbound Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm full-time to cover a parental leave of 12 months. In this role you will be responsible for the inbound process, working with our Production department and suppliers to plan the schedule and arrange freights to our warehouse locations. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and will work directly with different teams across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure smooth supply chain logistics, with a focus on inbound operations.
- Coordinate inbound production orders and freight booking/monitoring from our suppliers to warehouses.
- Maintain daily communication with Third Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses, overseeing operations and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring.
- Plan warehouse capacity.
- Ensure inventory availability across our fulfillment locations, optimizing the flow of goods and processes to meet demand efficiently.
- Address stock queries and delivery discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement through Key Performance Indicator (KPI) measurement and process development.
- Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.
YOUR PROFILE
- A degree in Logistics, Economics, Business or a related field.
- Experience in a similar role, preferably within the international fashion industry.
- Familiarity with sales order lifecycle management, supply chain, warehouse operations, stock control, order allocation and fulfillment and forwarder management.
- Experience working with inbound delivery flows and improving existing routines and processes.
- A skilled user of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, order and stock management systems and Excel.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.

This is a parental leave cover starting in August for one year and based at TOTEME's Stockholm headquarters.
