Digital Marketing Specialist

TOTEME is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join the team in Stockholm. In this role you will oversee all performance marketing-related activities, making sure that TOTEME has a best in class online marketing funnel. You will manage TOTEME’s paid search strategies and optimize the result of TOTEME’s digital marketing efforts.

The role

  • Define TOTEME’s overall long term performance marketing strategy, delivering on the goals in TOTEME’s predefined growth plan, including proposed ROAS and budget targets
  • Actively set the agenda for all paid search activities in the whole funnel, together with the team and partners
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce Manager and team to ensure that TOTEME proactively meet the customer needs across multiple dimensions
  • Define the framework for testing, implementation and reporting on campaign performance through the pre-purchase funnel, site customer journey and cross-channel A/B testing
  • Together with the team and partners, execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve and improve ROAS & ROI through digital marketing channels
  • Together with the team and partners, effectively manage campaign expenses by staying on budget, appropriately estimating monthly costs, and reconciling any discrepancies that appear
  • Gather, measure and report on total traffic and the efficiency of different initiatives (paid and organic)
  • Define, report and analyze all relevant KPIs of current and past campaigns
  • Track implementation, compliance, etc.
  • Manage first, second and third party data
  • Ensure appropriate on-site analytics for, including tagging, tracking and data management
  • Drive the innovation agenda for continued development and improvement on a smaller and larger scale
  • Constantly strive to improve TOTEME’s offer to proactively meet the consumer on platforms used globally, as well as market specific platforms
  • Collect insights on campaign performance for insight sharing with the Communication and Buying teams, etc.

Your profile

  • A BSc/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
  • Proven digital marketing experience and success at managing campaigns across search engines and social platforms
  • The ability to balance brand and sales objectives while developing and managing full marketing funnels
  • Broad functional knowledge and proficient with technical and operational aspects across several digital marketing segments, including digital advertising, SEO/SEM and how these capabilities interact
  • An interest in total traffic, how channels perform together and how to optimize funnel and total ROAS
  • The ability to track multiple marketing initiatives, analyze results and recommend changes based on insights
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo and Search Ignite)
  • Extensive experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture and WebTrends)
  • Experienced with Google Data Studio
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition
  • Experience from generating SEM and SEO reports
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and multivariate experiments
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
  • On top of current trends and best practices within digital marketing
