Customer Experience Representative content

TOTEME is looking for a Customer Experience Representative to join the team in Stockholm. As Customer Experience Representative you will be the first point of contact for online customers, making sure their questions, requests and expectations are met and improving their shopping experience at

The role

  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds and exchanges
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, chat and social
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and take action to solve customer-facing issues
  • Share customer insights to inform other departments, projects and initiatives
  • Act as the company gatekeeper and the customers' voice internally
  • Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction and suggest solutions to product issues

Your profile

  • Previous experience from online customer service and/or a customer-facing role in a fashion or lifestyle company
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • A passion for customer experience
