TOTEME is looking for a Commercial Project Lead to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will be responsible for successfully leading and completing commercial development projects while looking for new business opportunities, market expansions, technologies and change management approaches. You will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and will work closely with all departments.

ROLE

  • Drive and manage multiple commercial development projects of various sizes and complexity levels simultaneously and cross-functionally, from project and resource planning, through production and execution, to delivery and retrospective evaluations. 
  • Lead, support and inspire the project teams during the execution phase.
  • Manage meetings, workshops, trainings and other ongoing team activities.
  • Work with internal and external partners while staying organized and structured.
  • Manage expectations, communications, alignment and progress within the project team and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure that project goals and desired outcomes are met. 
  • Balance strategic, operational and conceptual thinking.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience with Project Management.
  • 3+ years of experience with eCommerce and Retail.
  • A proven track record of successfully completing projects in retail and eCommerce.
  • Knowledge of Asana or a similar project management tool is not a requirement, but an advantage.
  • Experience with omni-channel retail is not a requirement, but an advantage. 
  • Experience with Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) is not a requirement, but an advantage.
  • Experience with retail development is not a requirement, but an advantage.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's head office in Stockholm and running for a year from mid-April 2024 to mid-April 2025.
