TOTEME is looking for a Commercial Coordinator to join our team in Stockholm full-time. In this role you will support our commercial functions through fulfillment and logistics processes involving customers as well as internal teams, locally and globally. Playing a key part in our internal technological development, you will bring together our commercial and logistics operations and workflows. You will report to the Head of Supply Chain and work directly with different teams across the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the allocation and replenishment of merchandise to TOTEME stores, including order placement, fulfillment delivery process and warehouse monitoring.
  • Maintain daily communication with Third Party Logistics (3PL) warehouses, overseeing operations and Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring.
  • Plan capacity for 3PL warehouses considering ecommerce and retail needs and returns.
  • Regularly review the logistics setup and offer to TOTEME’s stores and ecommerce customers, ensuring delivery Key Performance indicators (KPIs) are met in terms of service level, lead times and costs.
  • Closely track, analyze and report costs on freight related to ecommerce and retail.
  • Ensure inventory availability across our fulfillment locations, optimizing the flow of goods and processes to meet demand efficiently.
  • Address stock queries, delivery discrepancies and returns.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating KPIs and development processes.
  • Participate in and contribute to TOTEME’s social and environmental sustainability strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • A degree in Logistics, Economics, Business or a related field.
  • Experience with a similar role, preferably within the international fashion industry.
  • Familiarity with sales order lifecycle management, supply chain, warehouse operations, stock control, order allocation and fulfillment and carrier management.
  • Experience working with inbound and outbound delivery flows and improving existing routines and processes.
  • A skilled user of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, order and stock management systems and Excel.

This is a full-time position based at TOTEME's headquarters in Stockholm, starting as soon as possible.
