Assistant Store Manager
TOTEME is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join the team in New York. In this role you will be working at the New York store leading the Studio Associates, managing the clientele, driving sales and overseeing the service levels and growth of your team members. You will plan, delegate and support daily operational tasks in the store.
The role
- Deliver superb service to customers
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Support, educate and coach the team on the shop floor to reach sales targets and service levels
- Create efficient workflows
- Plan, delegate, action and follow up on daily operational tasks in the store
- Create and maintain store staff rotas and schedules to Support Store Manager in maintaining staff schedule
- Manage in-store events
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and strategies for the stores
- Work towards long-term KPIs and business goals
- Generate sales, minimize loss, ensure VM is impeccably maintained
- Motivate and develop support staff on the floor to meet sales goals
Your profile
- A strong team leader with at least 1 years experience from store management
- 3 years experience from working in luxury retail
- Experience from working in CRM systems
- Experience from back office operations management
- Experience from reporting and creating guidelines
