RETURN POLICY

• All returns have to be registered via the link above.

• All returns have to be shipped back to us or returned in store within 14 days of delivery. This applies for full-priced and sale pieces.

• All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn pieces will not be accepted for return.

• Shoes must be tried on a carpet surface until you have decided to keep them, and returned with the shoe box included.

• Swimwear must be tried on over your underwear, with the adhesive strip attached.

• When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.

• Returns must be sent back using our complimentary pre-paid return slip that comes with the order. If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.

• We will refund your return within 14 business days of receiving it at the warehouse, back to the same card/account you used when placing your order. Please note, the initial shipping fee will not be refunded.

• We don’t accept returns or claims of TOTEME pieces bought from other retailers or second hand sites.
If you choose to use another shipping provider, you will have to cover the return shipping cost yourself.

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return it and place a new order.

CLAIMS

If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to shop@toteme-studio.com with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
